STL Communication has a unique approach to our installation processes. The technician is the project manager and the project manager is the technician. They maintain total project ownership from start to finish. Our approach is defined by the following:

- Quality control on the front end (SOW Process) ensures the deliverable matches customer expectations
- Our project kick-off meeting starts the process to implement
- Build the proper approach as each installation is unique with specific drivers and requires individual planning
- Staging
- Change control
- End-user training and system administration training
- Freeze date
- Cut over & go live
- Register and turn over to services
- Continue to evolve and improve on the communications process and infrastructure
