  • Expert Response – for every call our technician gets into your system and checks the alarm. Many times the alarm has cleared itself and requires no further interaction. Our technicians don’t stop there. They analyze the alarm log and look for reoccurring alarms and seek to find the problem within the problem ensuring future up time for your communications environment
  • Custom Notification Services – for each alarm and thus trouble ticket entered, you are notified three times:
    • 1st when the ticket is entered
    • 2nd when the technician picks up the ticket
    • 3rd when the trouble ticket has been closed (cleared)
